Inspiration

The aim is to provide maximum flexibility to take into account the different personal situations of adults with ASD-ID and their families.
We need to be able to accommodate adults who need individual, 24-hour supervision, in large apartments that can accommodate 4 to 6 tenants, with one person to look after them.
We also need to be able to accommodate tenants who may become independent, but who will have to live in a large apartment for several months to adapt to their new living environment.
We need to be able to welcome tenants who are almost autonomous, but with supervision, and who can live in a 31/2 apartment.
We need to be able to welcome their parents as tenants, in larger apartments, but whose income does not allow them to buy their own apartment.
Finally, we need to be able to accommodate parents who have decided to move out and buy apartments in the private sector, as their means allow.
The parents of adults with ASD are not obliged to live in the building, and conversely, if they wish to live in an unsupervised building, families without adult tenants can rent or buy apartments.

Real estate projects must be able to accommodate, in the part financed by the public :

  • people who are unable to live independently

  • people who will be able to live independently in the future.

  • autonomous people

  • workshops and shops open to the public

  • rooms and offices for outsiders working to help residents in need of support.

and housing in the part financed by the private sector:

  • quality apartments

  • places for sports and socializing

  • private parking

  • private stores.

The 2 buildings are separate but connected
